  • 1 tbsp Acai Powder
  • 1 Frozen Banana 
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower
  • Sprinkle of Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk


  • Granola
  • Peanut Butter 
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Shredded Coconut 


  1. Steam cauliflower, then freeze.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour smoothie into a coconut bowl and add your toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
